FIAM is currently carrying out organic farming activities on about 600 bighas of land in North and South Dinajpur districts with over 300 agricultural people.

In addition to agricultural work, many are involved in processing and agricultural activities. Some are involved in cattle breeding, and milk production, some in cheese or egg production, some in phenol production without pulses or chemicals, incense sticks, some in vegetable cultivation as well as in homemade earthworm manure production.

After providing direct assistance to women farmers in farming, they are constantly involved in potato peeling, rice peeling, seed preservation, seed bank making, rice powder making, and so on.
